How to Participate in Erasmus+
Erasmus+ is a European Union programme covering education, training, youth, and sports. It allows Azerbaijani students and young people to study, train, volunteer, or pursue master's studies across Europe.
Who can participate
Young people aged 18 to 30
Citizens of EU member states and partner countries
Minimum intermediate English (B1+) usually required; some projects may ask for other languages
Participation is completely free. Most costs including flights, accommodation, transport, and pocket money are covered

Types of Erasmus+ Projects
Youth Exchanges
Live and work with peers from different countries. Develop leadership, inclusivity, and intercultural skills.
Training Courses for Youth Workers
Practical, interactive courses for professionals working with youth.
European Solidarity Corps Projects
Volunteering projects: Short-term (2 weeks to 2 months) or Long-term (2 to 12 months).
International Student Mobility
One or two semester exchanges at partner universities. Requires cooperation agreements.
Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degrees
FULL FUNDING
High-quality master's programmes offered by multiple universities in different countries, with full funding available.
